Corporate Ether Treasuries Cross $13 Billion as ETH Surges Past $4,300

The total volume of Ether held within corporate treasuries has climbed to an impressive 3.04 million ETH, currently valued at approximately $13 billion, following a robust market rally that pushed the cryptocurrency’s price past the $4,300 threshold.

The upward momentum has transformed corporate balance sheets, drawing renewed institutional focus to Ethereum as major firms aggressively expand their digital asset reserves. Market data from CoinGecko indicates that Ether climbed to a peak of $4,332, marking a notable 20.4% surge over a seven-day period. Although minor market corrections later brought the asset down to hover around $4,290, the broader trajectory has been significantly propelled by aggressive accumulation strategies executed by corporate treasuries over the past 30 days.

Leading the charge in this corporate accumulation wave is BitMine Immersion Technologies. The firm has aggressively expanded its market footprint, boosting its total holdings to a staggering 833,100 ETH. This figure represents a dramatic 410.68% increase in the amount of Ether held by the company over the preceding 30-day window.

Close behind is digital asset investment firm SharpLink Gaming, which holds 521,900 ETH after expanding its treasury reserves by 141.69% over the same timeframe. Meanwhile, The Ether Machine has continued to steady its position among industry heavyweights, growing its digital stack by 8.01% to reach 345,400 ETH.

Together, these three prominent entities account for more than half of the total Ether held by the top 10 corporate treasury companies. Collectively, the top 10 holders manage approximately 2.63 million ETH, representing roughly 2.63% of the asset’s total circulating supply.

The sustained price appreciation throughout the week has significantly elevated the dollar-denominated value of these corporate portfolios.

BitMine made waves earlier in the month by executing a massive acquisition of 208,137 ETH, which brought its inventory to 833,100 ETH. At the time of that transaction, when Ether was trading near $3,700, the assets were valued at approximately $2.9 billion. With prices subsequently surging past the $4,300 mark, BitMine’s holdings have ballooned to a value exceeding $3.58 billion. This milestone cements its status as the first corporate entity to hold more than $3 billion worth of Ether on its balance sheet.

SharpLink Gaming experienced a similar valuation boost following its own aggressive buying strategy. The firm previously expanded its treasury to 521,900 ETH following a substantial purchase of 83,562 ETH. When that acquisition was finalized, the company’s stack was valued at roughly $1.91 billion. As market prices climbed past $4,300, that same portfolio swelled to more than $2.23 billion. According to data provided by the specialized ETH treasury tracking platform Strategic ETH Reserve, SharpLink Gaming currently sits on over $671 million in unrealized gains from its Ether investments.

Additional movement has reinforced the top tier of corporate holders. On August 3, coinciding with the milestone tenth anniversary of the Ethereum network, The Ether Machine completed a strategic acquisition of 15,000 ETH. Data from the Strategic ETH Reserve indicates that the company followed up this purchase by adding another 10,600 ETH to its treasury. These continuous inflows brought its total holdings to 345,362 ETH, valued at nearly $1.5 billion, securing the firm’s position securely within the top three corporate holders.

While large-scale institutional players command the vast majority of corporate Ether, smaller transactions continue to illustrate broader market participation. The HashKey exchange recently announced that IVD Medical, a firm listed in Hong Kong, acquired HK$149 million—equivalent to approximately $19 million—in Ether directly through the trading platform. Although the precise volume of ETH acquired in that transaction was not publicly disclosed, it highlights the growing global appetite for corporate crypto exposure beyond North American markets.

Data compiled by the Strategic ETH Reserve indicates that across the corporate landscape, a total of 64 treasury companies now maintain direct holdings of Ether. Combined, these entities control 3.04 million ETH, with their cumulative market value surpassing the $13 billion mark under current market conditions. As institutional strategies continue to evolve, the increasing concentration of Ether within corporate reserves remains a key dynamic shaping the broader digital asset economy.
