Cryptocurrency exchange Binance has officially announced that it will permanently shut down its proprietary mining pool service, Binance Pool, bringing an end to a major sector of its diversified ecosystem. Miners currently connected to the infrastructure have been put on notice to redirect their hardware and computing power well before the definitive cutoff date of November 10, 2026.
According to an official closure notice released by the platform, the shutdown is comprehensive and extends far beyond the core mining operations. The termination order impacts a broad suite of integrated offerings, including Pool Savings, Cloud Mining, and the Transaction Accelerator. Furthermore, ancillary support systems such as Telegram hashrate alerts, email notification services, and the specialized mining-pool application programming interface (API) endpoints will also go dark as part of the wind-down process.
The closure marks a significant shift for the platform, which has historically provided a comprehensive suite of tools for institutional and retail cryptocurrency miners. For months leading up to the final decision, Binance had maintained these operations, but the upcoming shuttering means that miners must act decisively to avoid disruptions in their daily operations and revenue streams.
The definitive countdown begins on November 10, 2026, at exactly 07:00 UTC. At that precise moment, Binance will disable all of its Stratum URLs and mining endpoints. Following this technological cutoff, the pool infrastructure will no longer accept, process, or credit any subsequent hashrate submissions or incoming mining shares.

To ensure fairness for work already completed, Binance has clarified that eligible shares submitted prior to the deadline will still be factored into the final reward calculation. Under Binance Pool’s established product terms, a mining share is defined as the formal proof of work submitted by a participant while contributing valuable computing power to the pool. However, any attempt to submit data after the 07:00 UTC timestamp will be rejected automatically by the system.
In addition to redirecting their primary mining rigs, users who have active positions in Pool Savings must navigate the platform’s redemption procedures. The exchange has urged participants to carefully review their holdings and submit unsubscribe or redemption requests before the service officially terminates.
The mechanics of these redemptions are strictly governed by the platform’s product terms. Specifically, any requests to withdraw funds from Pool Savings are subject to daily limits and the overall available liquidity of the platform at that time. Binance processes these requests in the order they are received. While standard processing times typically allow for transfers within a single business day, the product terms explicitly warn that exceptional circumstances could delay these transactions for up to 90 days.
Final Payments and Account Records Carry Separate Deadlines
While the physical mining operations and hashrate submissions must cease on the morning of November 10, the administrative process of settling accounts will continue under a carefully managed timeline. Eligible outstanding rewards, remaining balances, refunds, and any applicable settlements will be processed in the days following the initial mining cutoff.

However, receiving these final disbursements is not entirely automatic. Binance has emphasized that final payouts remain strictly subject to product rules, account status, robust risk controls, compliance checks, and applicable legal frameworks.
To facilitate this, Binance has set a secondary milestone for users. Account holders must ensure their profiles are fully prepared to receive any remaining balances by 23:59 UTC on November 10. This includes completing any necessary identity verification checks where applicable. Platform administrators have stressed that this end-of-day deadline is strictly for completing vital account steps and compliance requirements. It does not represent an extension of mining operations, nor does it guarantee that payouts will land in user wallets on the evening of November 10.
Under the existing framework of the platform’s product terms, users are required to maintain compliance with all platform requirements and keep their account details meticulously updated to remain eligible for their final rewards. Depending on the specific digital assets involved, users may also be required to provide a valid, designated third-party wallet address to receive their remaining funds safely.
Even after the mining endpoints close and account compliance steps conclude, Binance will maintain a temporary window for data retention. The historical Binance Pool pages will remain accessible to users until November 24, 2026, at 07:00 UTC. During this two-week grace period, miners can access historical data, account records, and payout status reports where available.
Binance has strongly advised all affected participants to take advantage of this window to download and save all relevant records, transaction histories, and performance logs. Once the November 24 deadline passes, these historical pages will become permanently inaccessible, closing the final chapter of Binance Pool’s operational history.
